We have been catering for 20 years, and have served at beautiful locations in and around Sussex County, NJ, rangin from backyard tents to formal event venues. Brides enjoy partnering with us for our attentive, hands-on service, and delicious menu options.
What to Expect
We are committed to helping you and your wedding guests relax and enjoy your special day, so we work closely with brides and their families to plan and align expectations for the event.
When we begin working together, you’ll meet with our catering team to discuss your vision for your wedding, from your wedding venue and timeline to your menu preferences. With your feedback, we will build custom menu and service recommendations, and provide a quote for you to consider. If we’re a good match, we require a deposit and signed contract to hold the date.
In the weeks leading up to your event, we’ll meet together at your venue to get a better picture of your vision for your wedding, and we’ll discuss the flow of the reception. Our team will stay in close communication with you to ensure that expectations are aligned and everything is prepared for a smooth event.

We cater more weddings on the family’s private property than any other venue. Clove Brook Market staff will map out the best option with you, and bring your menu dreams to life in the comfort of your own backyard.
Sylvan Ridge Farm
Located in Milford, Pennsylvania, Sylvan Ridge Farm is a uniquely rustic venue for your event. Clove Brook Market has partnered with Sylvan Ridge, creating a seamless wedding planning experience.
The Barn at Hillside Park
The Barn, located in Andover, New Jersey, has been a favorite location for many of our wedding couples. Clove Brook Market staff is well acquainted with the venue and would be happy to serve your guests here.
